I was reading the Times Herald when I came across this. I love how someone reported, “alleged raunchiness” LOL

A Palmetto woman was charged with shoplifting a six-pack after she was found snoozing in a stall at Wal-Mart.

According to a Feb. 4 incident report, Newnan Police Officer Zachery Anderson went to the Wal-Mart store in Newnan Crossing East center on Bullsboro Drive to investigate a shoplifting report. A Wal-Mart employee told Anderson that when she went to check on some alleged raunchiness in the restroom, she discovered a female, later identified as Carrie Pierce, asleep in a stall. A carton of empty beer bottles was nestled next to her. Another partially full container of alcohol was also present.

The Wal-Mart employee told Anderson that after Pierce was roused, she wandered to the women’s department and while “very unsteady on her feet,” began passing out flyers for a tax preparation service.

A check of surveillance videos showed the suspect had taken the beer off a Wal-Mart shelf and swallowed it in the stall without bothering to buy it. A shoplifting arrest ensued.
