Author: Paris Hilton is giving blonds a bad name. So says Brazil’s Secretariat for Women’s Affairs, which wants a sultry beer commercial starring the hotel heiress, model and actor off the air.

And since when did Brazil get morals??
I don’t know when Brazil got a moral compass, but didn’t Perez Hilton star in a really low budget porn? I guess the question we need to ask is if girls that star in those types of movies are considered actresses.
